@georgedevona no manufacturer defects. I purchased it new for a holiday party from Belk (department store) but never wore it. I just took it outside to carefully inspect it and I did notice a mark on it (maybe makeup line?). I never noticed it indoors though since it's so small and barely noticeable outside. I can provide 15% off because of that if you are still interested. Let me know!
