Soo....I bought this just before Covid and it was a little large. So, I held onto it until the next season and Covid Hit. So, it new with tag! Gorgeous cotton smock dress in blue with white Pin Stripe and bright pink floral embroidery on the chest. This is a cotton fabric dress, not the typical Tea Collection t-shirt dress rather fabric is more formal. New with tags condition. Size 18 to 24 months. However, runs very long throughout. More like a large 2T / small 3T.
