NWT Teal Textured Polka Dot, Elbow Length A-Line

This material for a Nicole is super soft and stretchy! The polka dots are actually textured and stretchy, and the teal against the black threading makes the teal almost look extra vibrant. I would have kept this except it is a tad too small on me. I was hoping the stretch would allow me to fit into it, but not quite! My loss, your win!
