NWT Ted Baker Pegeia Chiffon Mini Dress size Medium

Statement dress extraordinaire! This oversized mini dress is sure to cause a stir! I bought it for a wedding without understanding Ted Baker sizing. It is labeled 3 which is a medium in US sizing. I waited to try on until I needed it and I swim in it! So, so cute but I can't return. The sheath measures 18.5" ptp 33" total length. It's just too big for me. My loss is your new fun dress! Tags are still attached including the $395 price tag.
