From there there are 3 covered buttons with loop closure to the top of the back of the dress. lace ruffle at the bottom hem 3.5" shoulder seam to bottom hem (includding ruffle 62" under arm to under arm 18" waist one side to the other 17" hip to hip 19" Solid Navy blue slip with back zipper (hook and eye at the top)0 that flows to 1" above the hem of the lace gown. The slip has a slip pleat in the back. the gown has a 70" ribbon at the waist. it is 1 & 3/" wide. There is a loop on each side of the waist to secure the ribbon. the lace and slip are nylon.
