meredithsshop @dingersoll It's plated alloy, so yes it could if you don't take care of it properly. So there are of course precautions you could take to ensure the plating lasts a very long time.

meredithsshop @ambitious90210 The platinum plating is for sure nickel free. The base metal is copper, which should be nickel free, but let me go ahead and double check with the manufacturer for you just to be sure. I'll get back you :)

meredithsshop @ambitious90210 Oh I know how it goes, my mother is the same way and gets horrible lesions if nickel touches her skin for more than a few minutes.. I've already sent an inquiring email to the manufacturer so hopefully they'll get back to me soon.

krazieangel I am a swollen size 7. What size would you suggest for my swollen hands?

meredithsshop @krazieangel So are they normally much smaller than a 7, but they swell up to that size? If swelling is normal, then I would suggest buying a ring in the larger, swollen size because it is better to buy bigger than smaller. You can buy ring spacers at places like Target or Walmart for very cheap and wear one of those with the ring when your hand isn't swollen.
