NWT The Flat Head T-shirt

The Flat Head T-shirt. Made in Japan. Brand new with tags. I believe the tag says 100% cotton, but I cannot read Japanese (please see images). Unsure of size (42W?) but it looks like a large. Measures: Pit to pit - 20” Length - 27” Shoulders - 19”
