Cute long summer dress from The Letter- {tl} in size S. Elastic under bust also has a long tie, ruffle over the bust, adjustable spaghetti straps. Fully lined for no see-thru. An urban hippie delight. NWT Bust across measures 18" and length is 60" from middle of strap to bottom. Perfect if you are tall and thin! NWT. This I believe I bought from Rue La La. It's in pkg, but no hang tags or price so I'm blowing it out. I'm considering the bag info as a tag.
