It’s new with tags, never worn but technically it comes shipped without tags so that’s why there’s no actual tag on it. It’s straight out the package and only tried on once. very cool girl, i have another already and i absolutely love it. fyi the ruching can be fragile! sold pre order only right now (takes a few months) but here it is discounted and brand new :)
