three pink hearts dress has a big front top and adjustable spaghetti straps. it's a textured White material with a slip layer underneath. it has red and blue embroidery, a lace panel strip, and pom poms on the front. it has its tags, BUT something got on the front portion right at the top of the neckline. it may come out with stain remover, or a q-tip with diluted bleach. otherwise this item has never been worn and still has his tags, so I'm not sure exactly how to list it so I added an asterisk to the NWT in the title. picture of stained area is in second to last photo.
