NWT Tied Coverup/Kimono

NWT (new in package, brand does not come with attached tags) kimono/ beach coverup. Base is a true white with tie dye style black striations in the pattern. Has white ties in the front with neon hot pink fringe tassels on the ends. The same color tassels are also around the base of the kimono. Can be worn as a swimsuit coverup or over an already complete outfit. Can be left open or worn with it tied closed. Perfect for any summer day! One size fits all from sizes 0-22.
