NWT Tiered Chiffon Navy Blue Long-sleeved Dress

Navy blue chiffon dress with stitched silver polkadots. The skirt is lined with a dark slip. The horizontal waistline is crocheted and shows a tiny sliver of your torso. Cold shoulder/off-the-shoulder semi-sheer sleeves with double spaghetti straps. I bought two sizes for an event and decided to wear a pantsuit instead. Bloomingdale’s exclusive brand. New with tags.
