NWT Toile midi skirt elastic waist tie ribbon blue china floral print nordtrom

Purchased this from Nordstrom Rack last year in two sizes and I kept the one that fits, forgot to return this! Its a delicate off-white and blue floral toile du joy skirt with elastic on the back waist band and an attached ribbon to tie either front of back. No odors rips holes and i do not own pets or smoke.
