NWT Toleen tulip skirt size 6. Very Anthropologie!

This is a very cute tweed pattern tulip skirt by the brand "Toleen". It's fully lined and NWT. There is no fabric label inside of it; it's an unknown woven fabric. The style of it is very similar to Anthropologie. Size tag says "26" (European size); I would put this as a size 4-6. Measurements laid flat: waist-14", hips-16.5", waist to hem-30".
