NWT! Topsham tie front romper

US size 8 (would say fits like a Medium) light weight flowy romper. Tie front, crop style, long flowy sleeves. Perfect for summer! Very slightly sheer, would be ok with black or nude underwear. Top would work with a bralette or over a bathing suit. Can be easily dressed up or down, great wardrobe staple. Length from shoulder approx 29in. Short length from waist, approx 14in. Brand new, never worn.
