This is a NWT Torrid 3X 22-24 Plus Size Black Ponte & Mesh Cutout Peplum Top. Quite possibly one of the best tops Torrid has ever produced! Unfortunately, it has been in my closet for 3+ years now and I have never had an opportunity to wear it. So . . . Top is a Torrid 3X / Women's Plus 22-24. Runs true to size. The Ponte "skirt" has a sweetheart neckline, cut-out near the cleavage and an attached mesh "shrug," if you will. Slimming and flattering. Material is a blend of Nylon, Rayon, and Spandex. Slight stale smell from being in the closet for years, but never worn.
