This is a NWT Torrid 4X/26 Black Button Down Maxi Cover-Up / Kimono / Duster / Shirt Dress. Size is 4X / 26 Women's Plus Size. Cover-up is button-down with a waist "cinch" drawstring. Collar. Button-tab sleeves. Material is very similar to a lightweight "crinkle gauze". This specific item comes from my personal closet, where it has been for 2-3 years (if not slightly longer). It was never worn, never even tried on, but has been in storage for a while and has a slight stale smell.
