NWT Torrid Heart Polka Dot Tank Size 0

Light and breezy, this is the perfect summer tank. White with black polka hearts (not dots) and delicate lace detailing. This seriously adorable piece is generously cut. I’m a torrid 00/0 with a 36B chest and this is woefully too big in the chest for me. It would probably be best for a larger chested torrid size 0 or even size 1, as it’s a trapeze cut.
