NWT Tory Burch knee high boots

Never worn, new knee high boots. Is size 9 but fits more like 8 1/2. Shaft is 16” tall, 18” from bottom of heel. Heel is 2”. Opening of boot is 15” (not wide width boot). Beautiful black leather boots with gold hardware at the ankles. The left boot does have a Nick on the toe (there is a pic), it was there was I received these from Nordstrom and I think it was scuffed by the other shoe’s heel, but it’s not obvious.
