This dress is NWT and is labeled Trina Turk. It is a soft and flowy fabric and there is a cascading scarf style piece in the front of the dress that can be tied adding a unique style. Zipper up the back is smooth and marked with the maker’s mark. Thin straps go across each shoulder and are adjustable. This is marked a size 16. Smoke free home. Dress has never been worn.
