NWT Trixxi A-Line Blue Flower Dress

NWT Trixxi XL a line dress. The color is light blue and white. Slight v neckline and straps/sleeve has elastic around shoulder. The back has elastic and ruffled fabric across the back. The dress has a slip underneath and really flattering! Nothing wrong with it - just didn’t fit me right!
