NWT Tropical Dress

This dress is incredibly pretty, lightweight, flowy, and flattering. It can be worn either on or off-shoulders. It has buttons all the way down the front and puffy sleeves (the edges of which are stretchy). With these tropical vibes and palm leaves, she's just begging to go on vacation with you!
