True Love & False Idols was a Streetwear brand founded by Alex Vaz and Alexander 2Tone in 2006 Los Angeles. Their focus was on the concepts of "“true love” for their work and controversial themes of glittery idolatry and hard-edged music." The brand ended before May 2013. 2Tone went on to found iconic Streetwear brand Born X Raised.
TLFI clothes are now authentically at least 10 years old, some close to true vintage, with a now-nostalgic Y2K Ed Hardy meets new LA graffiti vibe.
