sheilawilson992 @pinkspool 15.5 inches but the back waist is elasticized. I gave it some stretch and measured. With stretch it measured up to 17 in.

sheilawilson992 @pinkspool so sorry I missed the second part of your question. I am out of town for the weekend and I can give you a length measurement on Monday. On me it comes to the top of my shoe in the back and below the knee in front. I am 5’5.5. I will respond with additional details on Monday morning
