NWT Tyler Böe 3/4 flutter sleeve dress with pockets

Lovely knee length dress from Tyler Böe. Perfect for work or parties. Pockets! Bought this at a boutique out of town and never wore it. Maybe it’s meant for you? Colour is white and a pale blue. One tiny dot stain on the left arm. It’s machine washable so a wash could fo the trick.
