Brand new with tags UMGEE Women's Medium Navy 100% Cotton Summer Dress Ruffle Sleeve Tie Back. Super cute dress great for the spring and summer in a dark navy blue. Material is a woven material, no stretch. There were a few threads on the tie in the back that I fixed with a few stitches, it is right where it ties in the back so it wouldn't have been seen anyways but I didn't want the thread to unravel- see closeup. The dress itself is in perfect condition and new with tags. Stored in a smoke-free environment.
