NWT Universal Standard button down blouse XS

Cute button down blouse (with extra snaps!) from the new Oui Bonjour collection. I think this will fit you better if you're on the small end of XS or even a 2XS in Universal Standard. it's a very clingy, stretchy fabric that's not forgiving in the midsection.
