NWT Universal Standard - satin boatneck blouse

NWT Universal Standard boatneck blouse in a red satin. This is really beautiful. Size 2XS, but universal standard has a unique sizing system. I’m a pretty true size small and this is a bit big on me. I received it in a mystery box and it’s more professional than I need for work and so I’ve never worn it.
