NWT Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue Blouse!! 😍

Cute flowy blouse from Urban Outfitters I bought but never wore! Black with small white flowery designs, and pretty sleeves that flair out around the wrists, but don’t get in the way of your hands. Closes with buttons and a string tie, pictured on the hanger open and closed. I styled with a black tube top underneath, but a bralette would also look really good.
