NWT Urban Outfitters Vintage Renewal Red Skirt

This Free People bright red skirt is brand new, never even tried on. "Each one is unique – will vary in tone & details." It didn't come with tags when I bought it online from Urban Outfitters. Named the "Urban Renewal Recycled Pleated Cotton Mini Skirt," the version I received is not pleated. I posted photos of the tags from whatever the item was before being up-cycled into a skirt. Those tags say the size is 9/10 but this skirt is a small. Originally $49. Size small.
