NWT Urban Outfitters floral dress

This is literally the cutest dress in the world and I wish I didn't have to sell it but it just didn't fit me the way I wanted it to. This dress has an exposed, peekaboo back. Navy blue with vibrant flowers all over and a scalloped bottom. Best thing ever, comes with pockets!
