Cute NWT skater skirt purchased at Urban Outfitters, size 6. Off white sheer outer layer in cool floral design, 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Inner layer is 100% rayon in an darker cream/lt. beige hue. Waistband is PU/vegan leather with no stretch. Length is approx. 17” (inner liner slightly shorter), waist approx. 14” laying flat. Side zip. Minor indentations on waistband as standard from hanger storage- most significant shown in photo.
