NWT VINTAGE Heart embroidered jumper

Darling vintage NWT % cotton Little Legends jumper dress. This dress has a nice weight to it. The threads in the photo are not loose threads but the threads that keep the pleats intact until worn. The threads just need to be snipped to release the pleats. This features hearts but can be worn wear round with simple addition of blouse underneath. The little buttons in the back are heard shaped! 🥰
