New with tags vintage Black velvet Dress Florence + Fred Size 10 UK which is about 6 US Split Sleeve. This is a very pretty black velvet dress. The fabric is quite stretchy. It’s 91% polyester and 9% Lycra. There are measurements on the tag (see pictures), but here are my approximate measurements lay flat: Armpit side to side 17 inch Waist side to side 14.5 inch Hips side to side 17.5 inch Length shoulder to bottom 38 inch From a smoke free house.
