@jennykiddo22 Yes! The sleeves are still attached to the dress by elastic, but can easily be removed and altered as needed.

@jennykiddo22 It’s about 19 inches from pit-to-pit (38”bust), 18-18.5 inches across the waist (36-37” waist), 21 inches across the hips (42” hip), and 53 inches in length.
The waist and hip measurements do have a slight bit of give/stretch in the fabric.
