NWT Vicky Tiel wrap dress

Super nice NWT wrap dress by Vicky Tiel, size 1X. Poly/spandex knit in blue, green, purple, fushia, black, yellow, etc. Could be slightly vintage. Vicky Tiel invented the wrap dress in 1968, and DVF made the wrap famous years later. Flattering on ALL figures! Long sleeves; fluttering ruffle on the side. 44" long; 19" across shoulders; 23" pit-to-pit across the back. The wrap style is very forgiving in fit, plus the stretch makes it more so. New condition.
