NWT: Vince Camuto Ruffle Off-Shoulder One-Piece Swimsuit

This one-piece swimsuit by Vince Camuto is made of 85% nylon and 15% spandex and is lined with a fabric that's 92% polyester and 8% spandex. It can be worn with or without the shoulder strap that comes with it. It comes with chest pads, but you can remove them in small slots in the lining on the sides if you prefer to wear the swimsuit without them. The hygienic liner is still attached. It's brand new with its original tags still attached. Please review the below measurements, which were taken on the front of the swimsuit with it laid flat (except for the last measurement shown, which was taken on the back). Note that the fabric is VERY stretchy and can expand to accommodate larger dimensions than the ones shown below.
