NWT Vintage 1920’s style Cloche 100% wool

100% wool. Never worn. Style: Thoresea Color: dark cornflower blue, (similar to West Point blue) Edged with black and the band is large black moire ribbon. The brim can be worn folded any way you like. Size is approximately 21.75 inches circumference. Condition is excellent, never worn but has been boxed for 30 years. Vintage early 90’s. Any questions?
