S. L. Fashions Vintage 1980's Bright Red Midi Length Velvet Collar Dress 10. This dress is as '80's as gets! It even comes with shoulder pads, and as someone who grew up in the '80's those were essential! It measures 49" from neck to hem, 36" at the breast and 24" at the elasticized waist so there's a little bit of give.  Condition is New with tags.
