NWT Vintage 2pc skirt suit

Classy 3 button blazer, 2 faux pockets in front, shoulder pads. Jacket measures 18 inches across shoulders, 29 inches long, sleeves 23 inches. Matching pencil skirt measures 16 across waist , 37 inches long, has an 18 inch slit in the back and a 7 inch zipper. I'm not sure what the matietal is but looks like tweed but is not itchy matieral.
