NWT Vintage 80s Off-Shoulder Formal Dress

Brand new off-the-shoulder dress from Brides Magazine, I believe from the 80s. Size 9/10. Measurements flat are approx. 14.5 in waist, 16 in bust, and 56 in from top to bottom. The color of the dress is a dark navy blue, with white lace on the top. The back has a super cute bow. I wish I could wear this dress but it doesn't fit me! Hoping it finds a home with one of you :)
