NWT Vintage 90s Cynthia Steffe Sequin Skirt

Vintage 1990s skirt by Cynthia Steffe, new with tags, never worn, and in excellent unused condition with no holes, tears, stains, or signs of wear. Aqua fabric embellished with blue, yellow, and purple sequins in a squiggle pattern. Side zip closure. Marked as a size 2. When laid flat, measures about 13.5" across at waist (up to 27" Waist), 18" across at hip (up to 36" Hip), and is about 23" long from waistband to bottom hem. Seems to run a little big, would probably better fit a size 4. For reference, mannequin is a size 2 and the skirt sits a little lower than it should.
