NWT Vintage ABS by Allen Swartz Green White Polka Dot Halter Dress // Size 4

Vintage halter dress by ABS Allen Schwartz circa late 90s or early 00s. New with tags, never worn, in very good condition with no stains. There is one small flaw -- a tiny bit of wear on one halter strap, probably from being hung up with a clip. Not very noticeable (see last photo). Green silk with white polka dots. .Halter style bodice, ties at back neck. Zip closure at back waist. Marked as a size 4. When laid flat, dress measures about 13.5" across at waist (up to 27" Waist), 20" across at hip (up to 40" hip), and is about 44" long from shoulder seam in strap to bottom hem. For reference, mannequin is a size XS/2 and model is a size 4.
