Crocheted skirt is 100% cotton. 4” back zipper. Waist measurement @ 13”. Label says size 8 or L. Length of skirt @ 27”. I would say it fits more like a Medium. 100% cotton Cold water Hand wash Dry flat Style#1801-CC Made in the USA Wear without lining as a beach covering. Or causal with a tank. Boho, shabby chic.
