Beautiful vintage Mike Benet Formals dress. Red with a silver Swiss dot pattern. The ruffle feature on the shoulder and hip gives the appearance of rosettes. Zips in back. Light boning in the chest area. Skirt lined with tulle. New with tag. **Please note that some of the structural piping of the ruffle on the shoulder is exposed. Could be easily repaired.
