Gorgeous NEW vintage 90s maxi dress with pretty butterfly sleeves, unique detail in front at empire waist, and elastic waist in the back. This pretty purple polyester fabric is very sheer so you may need to wear a slip under it. If this was my size I’d keep it and wear it as a bathing suit cover-up.
