NWT Vintage Replica 1940’s Navy Wool Cloche Hat with Brim Tilt

I had good intentions when purchasing this hat, thinking I would buy a matching outfit. But, alas! Life. Please give this hat a new life, it would be excellent for cosplay or a costume! It was purchased from a boutique store that specializes in vintage clothes and replicas. No detectable snags or imperfections upon visible inspection. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home, no odors. Color: Navy Blue with Flower Decoration Material: 100% Wool Size: None that I can see on the hat, but fits my big head 22” without being tight or too loose Condition: Excellent Condition (worn twice - once when purchasing and another time for this picture!)
