New with tags. This dress is absolutely beautiful. The bodice has a square neck line and is sleeveless. It is made from black velvet. The waist is covered in thick black beaded trim. The full skirt is made of black satin and is floor length. Measurements are: Armpit to armpit is 23 inches or a bus line of 46 inches. The waist is 41 1/2 inches. Length from the front shoulder to the hem is 64 inches. The length from the waist line to the ham is 48 1/2 inches.
