This cutie is NWT Size L. Scalloped neckline that continues over shoulders and into a V in the back. horizontal line detail under bust to just below natural waist. Flare begins below natural waist but above hips. Two layers of tulle and lining under skirt. I noted a spot on the underarm when I was staging. See pic. jacquelynrachel This is gorgeous! I love it but I'm confused about the size. Normally I wear an L in this brand, but if the bust is really only 32" then there's no way. Is there a ton of stretch to the fabric, or does this just run small? Thanks!

kiernan_vintage @a_wall96 the tag says 100% cotton but the ribbed waist has stretch so IDK! No other tags present.
