Beautiful Virginia Johnson Halter Dress in White with Brown Floral Print Size: Small (estimated size 2/4) Waist is 27.5" when laid flat (see photo) Length is 24" from middle of waist band to bottom hem Small zipper at back dress with tie Halter tie at top.
